Tiangco and his brother, Navotas City Representative Toby Tiangco, went to the Navotas City Hospital on Friday, June 23, for the blessing and opening of new nine private bed wards, laboratory, blood bank, administrative offices, and conference room.
For his part, the city representative assured the residents that they can avail of all the NCH services for free.
