Caloocan City Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan has vowed to focus on programs for the welfare of public school teachers and students in the city during his first “Ulat sa Guro” held at the Caloocan Sports Complex on Tuesday, Dec. 6, and Wednesday, Dec. 7.
During the event, Malapitan commended the teachers and the Caloocan Schools Division Office for their achievements and for the successful implementation of in-person classes in the city schools. The mayor recalled some of his achievements for education during his term as the city’s first district representative such as the establishment of 1,058 classrooms. He also ensured that education of students is one of his administration’s top priorities.
