“Pwede pa, sapagkat patuloy pa naming tinitingnan 'yan. Tatandaan niyo, ang lahat ng SOCE pinanumpaan. Kung mali ang sinumpaan, perjury. Kung hindi totoo 'yan, 'yung mga nakalagay doon, pwede naming kasuhan at balikan 'yung mismong kandidato. What for is the submission kung 'yun pala hindi naman makatotohanan,” ani Garcia.
“Siyempre nakadepende lang kame sa dokumento o at the same time doon sa magre-report sa amin kaya po kailangan namin yung nagrereport. Sino bang nakakaalam na may chopper sya? Wala naman pong nakakaalam. Nagkaalaman lang nitong nagkaroon nito. Wala nga pong nagreport kahit isang kababayan niya na oy may chopper yan Chairman baka pupwedeng tingnan natin paano yung gasolina noon? Paano yung ginamit, nagamit ba talaga?” ayon kay Garcia.
Inanunsyo rin ng Comelec na dalawang kandidato ang nadiskwalipika matapos bigong magsumite ng kanilang SOCE.
