Mayo Alleges Shocking Injury Experience At Chippa

Mayo is one of the 16 players Chippa confirmed as departures last week, with his contract officially coming to an end on the last day of June.Mayo, the younger brother of Khanyisa Mayo who is at Cape Town City, revealed to the Siya crew that he has an ACL Reconstruction and Meniscus injury and has not played football in over a year. He alleges that Chippa did not assist him in getting operated and claims he now has to pay from his own pocket.
He added:"They've been running around in circles knowing that my contract will soon expire, so that they can release me."
