The Red Bull driver won for the 15th time this season in the US grand prix at the weekend.
F1 world champ Max Verstappen admits he would sacrifice winning any races for a YEAR if it meant his beloved PSV win the Champions League.
But Verstappen would dearly love to see the Eindhoven club lift the biggest prize in football for the second time in their history. The Dutch giants lifted the European Cup back in 1988, although that was before Verstappen's time. PSV dumped Rangers out in the playoff round this season, thumping the Light Blues 5-1 at home following a 2-2 draw at Ibrox.
Asked to choose between being an F1 flop and PSV glory, he replied: “In that case, I don’t win a race for a whole year and PSV win the Champions League.” He said: “It was obviously a pretty painful night after PSV were eliminated, but Giovanni van Bronckhorst is in charge of Rangers. It was painful, but I hope they do well.
