The forward, who hadn’t played since Oct. 29 with a calf strain,Davis told reporters he would get some work in on Saturday, but head coach Jason Kidd confirmed he would not be available since the Mavericks planned to rest him for the second leg of the back-to-back against the Clippers. He is expected to return to the lineup Monday in Denver.. Klay Thompson was initially listed as out for the game, but was upgraded to available a few hours before tip-off.Dallas will look to end a three-game losing streak on Saturday night.
