Matt Hancock to make I'm A Celeb entrance today after Olivia Attwood's shock exit
Politician Matt Hancock will be one of two new campmates to head into the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle today, Tuesday 8 November, following Olivia Attwood's exit.
A TV insider told The Mirror: “Matt Hancock and Seann Walsh are heading into the jungle in the coming hours and there is huge anticipation, particularly for Hancock's arrival. “I think politics is a noble profession, at its best - it can and should be - but it’s incumbent on politicians to earn people’s respect and trust,” he said.
Meanwhile, a spokesman for Matt has defended his decision to go on the show. They said: "The second reading of Matt's Dyslexia Screening and Teacher Training Bill is just days after I'm A Celeb finishes. This is an amazing opportunity for Matt to raise the profile of his dyslexia campaign and to talk about an issue he really cares about in front of millions of people.
