MANILA – With 10 hours left before the so-called “hard lockdown” in Sampaloc is lifted, some 120 people flouting the containment measure have been accosted, police said Saturday.

“Ang ginagawa natin aside sa panghuhuli is we have lectures about COVID-19 kung bakit kailangan nilang sumunod at manatili sa bahay para paglabas nila they will become ambassadors sa kanilang lugar,” the police official said. “Mayroon pa ring makukulit, pero at least tumino as compared to the enhanced community quarantine na na-impose sa Sampaloc,” he said.
