Three top-ranked boys and 16 ranked in the top 10 in their weight classes to compete in two-day event
Wrestling begins at 9:30 a.m.; Finals scheduled for 1:30 p.m.The top four finishers in each weight class advance to the state championships next week in Bakersfield.A trio of top-ranked wrestlers in California will be on display.
Granite Hills 106-pounder Abram Cline, Poway 145-pounder Laird Root and Poway 170-pounder Lucas Condon are the best in their weight class as ranked by Cal Grappler. There are 16 San Diego Section wrestlers in the field who are ranked in the state’s Top 10 in their weight classes.
