The Wovoka estate is owned by Christopher and Camille Bently, owners of Bently Heritage Estate Distillery.
The Wovoka estate, originally listed for $55 million, now has an offering price of $35 million. Though the property is $20 million less than when it was listed last year, it no longer includes two parcels.
There are still 2.7 acres for sale, with a 1999 main house spanning more than 8,500 square feet and featuring five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and two half-baths. In addition to stunning views of the lake from the floor-to-ceiling windows, the focal point of the main room is an impressive stone fireplace. Three of the bedrooms are suites and there's an elevator in the mansion.
There are also plenty of amenities, such as a wine cellar, a theater room, a six-car garage and landscaped gardens that include a waterfall, creek and pond. An infinity edge pool and spa look out onto the lake.
