I wish him strength and healing in the days ahead,” said Gov. Maura Healey.Police identified one suspect as 18-year-old Akram El Moukhtari of Revere. El Moukhtari faces charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, receiving a stolen vehicle, and leaving the scene of personal injury.
