Ryan Mason to be announced as Tottenham interim boss 'by the weekend' THFC

Mason would be joined by other coaches from within the Spurs setup as they look to retain their current top four standing during the end-of-season run-in.
They could include Chris Powell, who has just stepped down from his role with England, and Jermain Defoe, who is currently with Spurs’ under-18s.The former midfielder has been in interim charge once before after taking over in April 2021 after Jose Mourinho’s sacking.
Mason did, however, win four of his sixth Premier League matches in charge to help Spurs to a seventh-place finish and securing a spot in the Europa Conference League as a result.Mason’s first match in charge of Tottenham would be the Premier League clash with Everton on Monday, April 3.
