A Maryland police officer is in critical condition and has lost the use of his legs after a pursuit led to a crash that shut down a portion of the interstate.

According to Chief Jones, every officer knew it was Mayorga behind the wheel of the racing Dodge Challenger. Mayorga's bond hearing is scheduled for Thursday at 1 p.m. WJLA dug further into Mayorga’s history in online judiciary records and found page after page of over 230 charges. One set of charges is scheduled to go to trial in November with Sgt. Kepp listed as the arresting officer.
