LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. — A Maryland man will face charges that he traveled to Millersville and attempted to have sexual contact with a 14-year-old he met online. , Timothy Beachley, from Bel Air, had charges of attempted involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, unlawful contact with a minor and corruption of a minor bound over to the Lancaster Court of Common Pleas following a preliminary hearing.
On Aug. 20, 2023, Beachley allegedly drove to Millersville and paid for the victim to have her nails done. The victim then testified Beachley expected oral sex and touched her thigh during the encounter.
