Only a few heroes and villains from the entire MCU timeline can stand up to the might of her powers. Captain Marvel has won several fights. She has proven herself time and again, easily ending the final fight in 2019's Captain Marvel. The hero also almost took Thanos down single-handedly in Avengers: Endgame, one of the MCU's best movies, with the Mad Titan having to resort to the Power Stone to get rid of her. Now, Marvel has revealed one MCU hero who matches Captain Marvel's power. Marvel Zombies Reveals The Hero Captain Marvel Can't Defeat Warning! This article contains SPOILERS for Marvel Zombies.Marvel Zombies is the MCU's latest release, with the series featuring characters from all over the franchise. When Kate Bishop, Kamala Khan, and Ms. Marvel are driving to a SHIELD base, they are attacked and thrown off the road by powerful blasts. The TV-MA series then reveals that their attacker was Captain Marvel. Brie Larson's character is a zombie in the show. However, Marvel Zombies' undead retain their skills and powers after transformation. As such, Captain Marvel is still at full power, which means the show's big reveal is exciting. As Blade would later reveal, Captain Marvel has found her match in a powerful hero, being stuck in a never-ending fight with him. That character happens to be Richard Madden's Ikaris, who debuted in Eternals. Ikaris is one of the Marvel Comics characters who are often compared to DC's Superman. In the MCU, the hero was the surprise villain of Eternals, with the ability to fly, super strength, heat beams, and more, making him a formidable adversary to anyone. In Marvel Zombies, it is revealed that Ikaris and Captain Marvel are equal in power despite her Binary abilities. Which MCU Heroes Could Be A Match For Brie Larson's Captain Marvel In Live-Action? While Captain Marvel has found her match in animation, the main MCU version of the character also might have a hard time if she were to fight a few of the franchise's other characters. For instance, 2025 introduced two players who could match or defeat Captain Marvel. Galactus has the Power Cosmic and is known for devouring planets, while Sentry is Superman-like. He also has a dark side, the Void, which is insanely powerful. Other MCU characters, such as the Scarlet Witch, Loki, Thor, the Hulk, and Ikaris himself, could also be a match for Captain Marvel in the upcoming two Avengers movies or future projects.
