Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Warning: Contains SPOILERS for Avengers: Twilight #3!Since the start of the ongoing limited series, Avengers: Twilight, Marvel Comics has teased an all-new Iron Man with armor that’s completely red, with many assuming that the person inside that armor is the son of Tony Stark, James Stark.
Close In the end, Captain America and Ms. Marvel succeed in rescuing Tony Stark while Thor joins the fight as well. While the re-assembling of some classic Avengers was an obvious standout of the issue, the really striking moment was when James Stark unveiled his own Iron Man armor - and it was gray. James is opposed to Captain America and the Avengers, and he fights them on the Raft, all the while wearing his personalized - decidedly not red - suit of armor.
What’s far more likely, however, is Tony Stark’s barely alive severed head being fitted into a specially designed Iron Man suit. That way, Tony could have a body again and fight alongside his former teammates for the sake of the whole world - a world that he inadvertently helped doom. This series has shown the likes of Captain America, Ms. Marvel, and Luke Cage step up and fight for what’s right, despite the overwhelming odds that are stacked against them. And now, it’s Tony Stark’s turn.
