Muse is most known for his involvement in the storyline involving Fisk's run for mayor, confirmed to be a plot point for Daredevil: Born Again, where he begins vandalizing New York landmarks with vigilante murals.
Concerning how this crossover could work, it stands to reason that Yusuf may work in New York City. As alluded to, New York City and Jersey City are not far from one another, meaning it is not entirely out of the question for Matt and Yusuf to cross paths. This is simply a neat way to connect to disparate MCU projects and raises anticipation for a proper Daredevil and Ms. Marvel crossover in the future.
