Summary SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY SCROLL TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT Marvel’s next big event, Blood Hunt, is on the horizon, and the publisher has promised its ultra-violent “Red Band” editions will also target A-list heroes. This event, masterminded by Jed MacKay and Pepe Larraz, will pit the heroes against Earth’s vampires, who have smothered the world in darkness. Marvel will also ship special “Red Band” editions with more gore and violence, and it will impact its biggest icons as well.
Close MacKay and Brevoort did not elaborate, but Brevoort cryptically said the last page of the first Red Band edition was the “best” and would offer a great deal of insight into the plot. The best page for the Red Band edition in issue #1 is the last page of the book. We can’t reveal it since it gives away too much of the plot, but you’ll know it when you get there.-Tom Brevoort
