On a podcast, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige revealed that The Fantastic Four is a period piece set in another universe.
We've still got a year and change to wait for Marvel's Fantastic Four MCU reboot, but this week, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige shared a couple of interesting tidbits about the film. None of these revelations were especially shocking, but Feige did confirm two major plot details that had only been hinted at by the marketing material previously. On Wednesday, Feige appeared on the debut episode of The Official Marvel Podcast.
She pointed out that the artwork seemed to suggest the movie might be a 1960s period film, which Feige confirmed. 'Yes, yes, very much so. It is a period ,' Feige told her.
