And Mikel Arteta’s men made sure to rub Spurs’ nose in it as Gabriel Martinelli taunting the Spurs defender as he cheekily controlled the ball plucked out of the air with mastery. It was quite the call-back to when Theo Walcott did a similar gesture back in 2014 as he was stretchered off when receiving abuse from the Spurs fans during an FA Cup tie at the Emirates Stadium.All in all, it was a fantastic weekend for Arsenal, who went eight points clear at the top of the Premier League following the victory over Spurs.
