San Antonio police were twice called out Saturday morning to the Phipps Building in connection with a dispute between the owner and Phipps' businesses
In the latest twist in an escalating feud, San Antonio attorney Martin Phipps is accusing the owner of the building where he has both his law offices and the Paramour cocktail bar of breaking in and forcibly locking them out. Phipps’ law firm and Paramour ’s operator allege in a court filing that, just before 8 a.m.

They want a federal judge in San Antonio to issue it without a hearing and without giving CDC the opportunity to respond.
