During the ITV episode that aired on World Mental Health Day, Martin shared advice on steps to safeguard money for those who may not trust themselves to spend it because of mental health issues.
Martin Lewis hosted a special episode of his money-saving show last night aimed at getting Britain talking.
He began the 30-minute show by admitting: "I have had my own dark times. When I did I remember thinking Thank heavens I don't have to worry about the finances too.He continued, before explaining how in 2016, he set up and funded the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute Charity.
