The former White House chief of staff's arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 6 at 9:30 am. ET in Fulton County Superior Court in Atlanta, court documents show. Mark Meadows was booked into the Fulton County Jail in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday, August 24, 2023. Meadows' is charged with alleged violation of the Georgia RICO Act and solicitation of violation of oath by public officer.This is a developing story and will be updated.
