Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene has filed a motion to vacate House Speaker Mike Johnson.

"But this is basically a warning and it's time for us to go through the process, take our time and find a new speaker of the House that will stand with Republicans and our Republican majority instead of standing with the Democrats," Greene added. Asked by ABC News Senior Congressional Correspondent Rachel Scott if she has the support of the GOP conference to oust Johnson, Greene didn't say.
Johnson applauded its passage in a statement, calling it "an important step in breaking the omnibus muscle memory" that "represents the best achievable outcome in a divided government."
