Water level at the Marikina River reached 16 meters, prompting local officials to raise the second alarm on Saturday.
The second alarm means residents must evacuate. If the water reaches 18 meters, a third alarm will be raised, and the LGU will implement a forced evacuation.
According to the state weather bureau PAGASA, the Southwest Monsoon , which is being strengthened by Tropical Storm Falcon has been bringing heavy rain to several parts of the country.
