The Ford had no rear illumination and the car bounced off the guardrail before coming to a stop, according to a police statement. The 32-year-old Fairview Park woman driver said she drank one beer that evening. The driver appeared intoxicated and was field tested. She was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Her blood-alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit, according to a breath test administered by the police.
