Mariah Carey won't be the 'Queen of Christmas' after all ... at least, not officially.
pushed back on MC -- Elizabeth filed an opposition, arguing no one should"monopolize" the word"Christmas."
As for what Mariah wanted to TM for, in her filing she said she planned to use the title for fragrances, lotions, nail polish, jewelry, cups, mugs, chocolate milk, coconut water ... as well as ornaments, toys, dog clothing, masks, lingerie and sweatshirts. Elizabeth tells us,"Christmas is a season of giving, not the season of taking, and it is wrong for an individual to attempt to own and monopolize a nickname like Queen of Christmas for the purposes of abject materialism."
