Christmas is canceled — at least tonight in Pittsburgh.
Mariah Carey was forced to cancel her Christmas concert at PPG Paints Arena on Wednesday, just hours before she was set to hit the stage.“Pittsburgh, I am sorry to say, I’ve come down with the flu,” Carey told her followers. “It breaks my heart that I unfortunately have to cancel tonight’s show. I love you all so much.”
Her illness comes just days after she celebrated her holiday classic, “All I Want for Christmas You,” dominating Billboard’s Hot 100 chart again this week. “I couldn’t have dreamed of a better time or place to celebrate the news than on stage with my amazing fans, my kids and my #Christmastime tour family. I love you and am so grateful to you all ❤️❤️❤️ M.”
