Dennis Trillo, who plays Crisostomo Ibarra and is later known as Simoun, just had his last taping day.
Roven Alejandro, who plays Don Tiburcio, posted the touching moment on TikTok when the Kapuso Drama King wrapped his final scene.
The cast and crew were all clapping for Dennis who was still in costume, and then loudly chanted “Ibarra!” Roven wrote on the video, “Maraming salamat, Ginoo, sa inspirasyon na patuloy mong ibinabahagi sa marami.”Production team members were also seen taking pictures with Dennis.“Maria Clara at Ibarra” has now transitioned into the thrilling, darker “El Filibusterismo,” the sequel to Jose Rizal’s novel “Noli Me Tangere.”
The series airs on GMA Telebabad on weekdays after “24 Oras.” It is also streamed on GMANetwork.com/KapusoStream, the GMA Network app, and YouTube channel.
