Barry Noone pleads not guilty to murdering his 77-year-old mother in her Cookstown home last year.
A man who is accused of murdering his 77-year-old mother has accepted he killed her, but he denies murder, Belfast Crown Court has heard.
Mr Noone, 46, previously lived at Ratheen Avenue in Cookstown but moved to Daleside Road in London. He appeared via videolink from Maghaberry prison.The judge then asked Mr Noone's defence barrister: "If I understand correctly, this is a case where there is no dispute that your client killed his mother?"
