Marcus Rashford is unlikely to have the option to leave Manchester United in the January transfer window after his agent’s transfer bombshell.Football InsiderCatalonian news outletreported on 23 October Rashford has asked his agent to “get him out” of Man United in January after growing unhappy at Old Trafford.
Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG have all previously shown an interest in signing the 26-year-old attacker. Rashford’s current United deal is believed to be worth around £300,000 a week and isn’t due to expire until 2028.Borson insisted none of the clubs that previously registered an interest in Rashford will look to sign him in January.“Let’s say he’s on a package of £300,000 a week, we know that there are very few clubs in the world that can pay that.
“But some of the press reports have been that they have lost their case against Mbappe and are going to have to pay him €55million , and that is going to have an impact from a financial fair play perspective and really just wanting to operate a sustainable business.“I suspect there is no option for Rashford to go to any of those clubs in that tiny group of clubs that can afford him unless somehow United decided that they were prepared to sell him in England, which is just not going to happen.
