A Bexar County jail inmate has died after being found unresponsive in his cell. This marks the 13th death at the jail this year. Marcus Joseph Fontenette , a 46-year-old inmate at the jail, was found unresponsive around 11:37 p.m. Tuesday, according to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office . He had previously refused treatment by the jail's medical staff, who was again looking to evaluate him. A booking deputy went to check on Fontenette and found him unresponsive.
