“The celebration of the Moving Forward Paddling Week Philippines aims to promote the Philippines as a premier paddling destination and encourage all communities to adopt paddling as a sport and a leisure activity,” the proclamation read. All agencies of the national government, including government-owned or -controlled corporations , state universities and colleges , are directed to participate and support the PSC for the effective implementation of Proclamation 699.
