"Sa paggamit ng malalaking makinarya ay makikita natin bababa ang production cost dahil bababa ang labor cost. Tataas ang ani, tataas ang yield ninyo per hectare," Marcos said in his speech. Malacañang said the program "promotes the creation of an organized and efficient rice production and marketing system in the province."
