The latest Manchester United transfer news as the club are in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a move for the midfielder who has reportedly agreed personal terms.
Manuel Ugarte has taken to social media to send a message that will please Erik ten Hag ahead of a possible move to Manchester United this summer.
If United are successful in their pursuit, he will become the third arrival of the transfer window. United have confirmed the signings of Joshua Zirkzee and Leny Yoro, from Bologna and Lille, respectively, this week. Ugarte then reposted a reel from personal trainer Agustin Marandino, which shows him undergoing several different drills to get ready for the new season. The midfielder has not yet returned to pre-season training due to being given an extended break following his participation with Uruguay in the Copa America.
Ugarte has only been with PSG for just over a year and has four years remaining on his contract with the club. He played a total of 37 times in all competitions last season but started just two of the final four Ligue 1 games for the club.
