Manila impounds stray animals in schools, barangays

About 13 stray cats and 12 stray dogs from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila campus in Intramuros, the College of the Holy Spirit in San Miguel, from the streets in Arquiza, Mendiola, Sta. Mesa and Tondo were transferred to the Manila City Pound on Tuesday .

“Although the pandemic limits our movement, we see to it to respond immediately to those who will need our services,” he said in a statement Tuesday.
