Spanish outlet Fichajes are reporting that Manchester United have expressed interest in Real Betis starlet Assane Diao. The 18-year-old has scored three goals in five games across all competitions to put European clubs on high alert.
Given United's well-documented issues with current wide players in recent times, a move for Diao seems plausible. Born in Senegal, the youngster represents Spain at under-19 level and only made his Betis debut this season. United scouts are reportedly monitoring his situation.
