Manchester United's form over the last few months has arguably proven Gary Neville wrong with his previous assessment.
After United were held to a goalless draw with Liverpool on December 17, Neville was critical of Erik ten Hag's tactics at Anfield. The Reds legend compared Ten Hag's tactics to what was used during Jose Mourinho's spell as manager, a style which has been referred to as parking the bus. "But you have to give some credit to the defenders and the way in which the whole team stuck together because I didn't think they had it in them.
Since Neville's comments and United's draw with Liverpool, the Reds have endured a tough few months on the pitch, with their defence going in the opposite direction. In the 17 Premier League games since the stalemate on Merseyside, United have conceded a whopping 29 goals with just two clean sheets.
