Thomas Tuchel was in the frame to replace Erik ten Hag in the summer and is under consideration again by Man United.
Tuchel was of interest to United in the summer as they contemplated replacing Ten Hag and he is still out of work after leaving Bayern Munich at the end of last season.
"I speak continuously with them and just after the game I have to do my job, talk with the players, manage the players and answer questions from you. We always talk. Every week, I would say every day we talk, so I expect I will speak with them." Tuchel met the United co-chairman Sir Jim Ratcliffe in the summer to discuss the possibility of taking over. Ratcliffe told the BBC on Friday, "I don't want to answer that question" when asked if he had faith in Ten Hag.
Berrada and Ashworth offered full backing for Ten Hag five weeks ago but United won two of their seven fixtures between the September and October internationals. They have had their worst start to a league season in 35 years.
