Here's all the stage times and line-up for the first night of Manchester Pride 2024 on August 23
August Bank Holiday Weekend is nearly here which, for many people here in the city-region, mostly means one thing: it’s time for Manchester Pride .
Regarded as one of the biggest LGBTQ+ celebrations in the country, thousands will head into the city centre and beyond to celebrate this year’s Pride event through a series of takeovers, performances, parades, and family-friendly fun. This year’s Gay Village Party will be headlined throughout the four-day weekend by the likes of Rita Ora, Sugababes, Loreen and Jessie J, whilst the annual parade will take place through the city centre on Saturday afternoon.For those wanting to soak up the party spirit early, there will be a range of performances and events taking place within the Gay Village Party grounds on Friday night .
