Whether looking for a hearty breakfast with freshly brewed coffee or a sharing board and glass of wine at the feature bar, there is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.Named following a competition for Manchester Airport colleagues, the venue offers a premium pre-flight experience for departing passengers with a menu featuring artisan products from suppliers across the North.
The Evergreen Bar & Brasserie will be operated by SSP UK, a leading operator of food and beverage outlets in travel locations, and combines stylish botanical décor with a menu inspired by local produce. It will be SSP’s first airside outlet in this terminal.
