Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Secretary Enrique Manalo will fly to Indonesia next week to meet with counterparts from other members of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and discuss issues concerning the region. ManilaBulletin
Manalo will participate in the 56th ASEAN Foreign Ministers' Meeting and Related Meetings in the Indonesian capital Jakarta from July 11 to 14.
The country's top diplomat will share his views on the regional and international issues and discuss with fellow top diplomats the regional bloc's community building efforts under the current chairmanship of Indonesia and ASEAN's external relations.In Indonesia, Manalo will highlight the country's priorities in various ASEAN-led bodies, including ASEAN Plus Three , East Asia Summit and ASEAN Regional Forum , as well as in meetings with various dialogue partners.
