He wants to help others

Students Against Depression: A website for students who are depressed, have low mood, or are suicidal. Click here to visit Shaun said: "I suffered with my mental health since I was a teenager. I am a lot better now after changing my life around. "It's helped my mental health just from getting fitter again and being around other people and helping other people. "I obviously wanted to get into it. This has been the biggest thing that I can remember for our community - it's brought so many people together. I cannot say enough good things about it."
