Stephen Corrigan admitted attacking another teenage girl at a pub in East Kilbride. The 45-year-old was previously convicted of touching and moving Amber Gibson's body.

Corrigan appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and admitted assaulting Hamill on an unspecified date in 2006.
"At some point in 2006 they were in a pub near East Kilbride bus station where an argument commenced between them and the accused seized hold of her round the throat and pinned her against the wall of the pub. "Police looked into his background and made contact with the complainer and she remembered this event at some point in 2006 but nothing else.Sheriff Murphy said: "You have pled guilty to an assault in 2006 and while this would have been a frightening experience for the victim I do note that there was no injury caused."
