Possibly a lower sentence for a man who swiped an Xbox from a Middlesex County department store in 2020. A state appeals court last week ordered a resentencing in the case of a defendant who pleaded guilty to shoplifting the gaming console because it was erroneously valued at over $500, when the store listed it for sale at $499.99.
