Police received reports around 12:40 p.m. of a man threatening people with a gun on Emerald Avenue, El Cajon police said
A man who allegedly pointed a shotgun at people in El Cajon on Monday led police on a chase that ended with his arrest on the San Diego-Coronado Bridge, officials said.
According to police, the man pulled next to the victims in a pickup, pointed a shotgun at them and accused the victims of following him. The truck initially stopped but then continued driving through San Diego, reaching speeds of approximately 80 mph, El Cajon police Lt. Kevin Reilly said.
