Information provided during the investigation indicated that the man always had a firearm with him. At the time of the arrest, four additional weapons were found in the residence, including a Glock pistol with a “switch” and an AK-47 type rifle.
A Hueytown man is in custody on drug and gun charges after his capture by U.S. Marshals.
Marshals searching for Scott were led Wednesday to the area of Short 12th Street North in Bessemer. Bessemer police assisted. During a recent arrest, Scott was in possession of a Glock pistol with a “switch’,” making it a fully automatic weapon. At the time of the arrest, four additional weapons were found in the residence, including another Glock pistol with a “switch” and an AK-47 type rifle.
