If you have information on an unsolved crime, you can stay anonymous and be eligible for a reward up to $2,000. This is how the Crime Stoppers program works.
Officers responded around 9:10 a.m. to a report of a possible stabbing in the 12000 block of Melody Drive.
When officers arrived, they found a man with a stab wound to the chest who was pronounced dead at the scene.He is described as a 6-foot-2 man weighing 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown or dark red hooded sweatshirt/long-sleeve shirt with a hood, black pants and he may be armed with a knife.Metro Denver Crime Stoppers works by assigning a code to people who anonymously submit a tip.
From there, an awards committee reviews the information provided and, if the information leads to an arrest, the tipster will be notified.
