It seems the Red Devils are in somewhat of a crisis on their right flank.
The young star was an integral figure as Napoli ended a 33-year wait for a Serie A title last season, with his 12 goals and 13 assists helping Gli Azzurri take the Scudetto. The Tiflis native still has four years remaining his current deal, and given that Napoli are notoriously tough negotiators, a mid-season acquisition of the attacker seems unlikely.
