Tyrell Malacia has not played for Man United all season and fellow left back Luke Shaw is out until May.
Tyrell Malacia could miss the entirety of the season for Manchester United with a knee problem as manager Erik ten Hag raised possible issues with the club's medical staff.
Shaw returned for United in their FA Cup fourth round win at Newport County on January 28 but he came off injured at half-time in the 2-1 win away to Aston Villa on February 11 before hobbling off a week later in the first half of the victory at Luton. Reguilon started seven times for United but failed to start when he was the only left back available against Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest in December. Right back Diogo Dalot switched to left back with Aaron Wan-Bissaka at right back.
"I think it's going to be difficult for him this season to be available. He will fight, he's back on the pitch, but not in the team and the process had some setbacks for him and he's still going forwards really slowly and the season is coming to an end.
